“Uno de nuestros empleados no fumador puso un mensaje en el buzón de sugerencias de la empresa a principios de año diciendo que las pausas para fumar causaban problemas. Nuestro CEO vio el comentario y estuvo de acuerdo, por lo que les damos a los no fumadores tiempo libre para compensarlo”, dijo Hirotaka Matsushima, portavoz de la compañía.
