Los familiares de Watson Franklin Mandujano Doroteo, en Tingo María, Perú, reclamaron justicia para el joven de 24 años que fue dado como muerto cuando, en realidad, estaba sedado tras ingerir medicamentos, informó el diario local El Comercio.
Según denunciaron los familiares en ATV Noticias, fueron los médicos del Hospital de Contingencia de Tingo María quienes lo dieron equivocadamente como fallecido.
Mandujano Doroteo había sido derivado desde un centro médico de Aguaytía después de presentar fiebre y escalofríos tras pasar por una endodoncia en una clínica dental. En el hospital, finalmente, lo declararon muerto.
Mientras lo velaban, algunos de los presentes observaron que el joven de 24 años aún respiraba, por lo que llamaron a un médico para confirmar lo que ocurría.
Los familiares de Mandujano sostienen que el joven habría estado sedado debido a los medicamentos que le fueron recetados para combatir convulsiones por la práctica dental.
“Le pusieron diazepan en ampollas”, dijo una de sus familiares. Tras ser retirado del féretro, fue trasladado a un Hospital de EsSalud, pero una vez que llegó al nosocomio le informaron que “recién había dejado de existir”. La fiscalía está investigando el caso.
