Moscú es una ciudad hermosa, pero este jueves se ha convertido en un lugar donde nadie quiere estar, debido a un fuerte olor a huevo podrido que ha invadido su centro histórico.
Según las autoridades rusas, esto se debe a una contaminación en el aire con ácido sulfhídrico, malos olores que ya habían sido denunciados a principios de septiembre por los habitantes de los barrios orientales de la ciudad, lo que ha derivado en una investigación de la Inspección de Medio Ambiente de Rusia.
Un informe preliminar hecho público este miércoles por los inspectores, señala a varios vertederos en la periferia de Moscú como los responsables de la contaminación del aire.
Se investiga la actividad de tres grandes vertederos en los suburbios de Moscú (uno de ellos cerrado en junio por orden del presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin) y también de las depuradoras situadas al este de la capital rusa, recoge 20 Minutos.
