Muchas mujeres sueñan con que el día de su boda sea simplemente perfecto, desde la celebración hasta el look que eligen para lucir hermosas durante su caminar hacia el altar.
Esa fue una de las motivaciones de la británica Danielle French, de 28 años, cuando decidió hacer un cambio en su vida en marzo de 2015, con el que consiguió no sólo reducir su talla número 46, sino también dejar atrás sus miedos e inseguridades.
“Apenas cabía en mi ropa. Realmente no quería ser una ‘novia grande’ y mirar las fotos de mi boda y odiar lo que veía. Yo quería perder peso un año antes de casarme, así podría ir a buscar vestidos de novia sin odiar todo lo que me probaba”, confesó la chica a The Sun.
Después de que Danielle y su novio fijaran la boda para noviembre de 2016, la mujer se puso en campaña para conseguir su objetivo. Para esto, se unió a Slimming World, una organización dedicada al control de peso y fomentar el cambio usando la terapia de imagen.
Asimismo, la chica comenzó a seguir perfiles de Instagram que la inspiraran a perder los kilos extra, dándose la oportunidad de tomar la experiencia de otras personas para motivarse durante su transición y mantenerse motivada.
Un año fue lo que se demoró Danielle en conseguir su peso ideal, tras bajar casi 32 kilos y pasar de talla 46 a 34, y así poder disfrutar de su gran día como deseaba: segura y luciendo como siempre quiso.
